What does the $79 diagnostic include?

A full audit of your smart home setup: network health, device connectivity, automation status, integration compatibility, and firmware checks. You get a written report with specific recommendations. If we can fix the issue during the diagnostic, we do. The fee applies toward any follow-up work.
