Information you provide directly:

- Payment and billing information when you make a purchase (processed directly by Stripe — we do not store card numbers)

- Amazon Associates - Affiliate link tracking when you click through to Amazon.com. Amazon places their own cookies. Amazon Privacy Notice
- Namecheap / cPanel hosting - Our web hosting provider on whose servers site files and server logs reside.
- Printify - Print-on-demand fulfillment for clothedcaptioned.com orders. Order details are shared with Printify to produce and ship products.
Data Retention
Google Analytics data is retained for 26 months by default. Server access logs on our hosting provider are typically retained for 30 days. Form submission data sent to us via email is retained as long as the underlying business relationship requires it. Stripe retains transaction records per their own policy and applicable financial regulations.
You can request deletion of any personal information you have provided to us directly by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
Your Rights (CCPA and GDPR)
Depending on where you are located, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right to know - You can request a description of the categories of personal information we have collected about you.
- Right to access - You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Right to deletion - You can request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
- Right to opt out of sale - We do not sell personal information. There is nothing to opt out of.
- Right to non-discrimination - We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
