1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all websites, digital products, and services operated by Third Party Services LLC ("3PS," "we," "us," or "our"), including 3ps.online, thirdpartyservicesllc.com, askgrayson.com, and clothedcaptioned.com (collectively, the "Sites").
By visiting a Site, making a purchase, or submitting a form, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are accessing a Site on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Services and Products
Third Party Services LLC offers technology consulting, AI automation services, digital products, content, and physical products (including print-on-demand merchandise). Specific terms for individual services or product categories may be presented at the point of purchase and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or product offering at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify existing customers of material changes that affect purchased services.
3. Purchases and Payment
All purchases are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms and authorize the applicable charge to your payment method.
Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice prior to purchase. Once a transaction is completed, the price is locked.
For digital products and services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated at the point of sale or required by applicable law. For physical merchandise, our return policy (if applicable) will be stated at checkout. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
