What we collect

Only what you hand us: your first name and email when you request the free guide, and your name, email, and the story details you type when you join a waitlist or apply for a service. If you buy the Blueprint Call, payment is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

Why we collect it

To send you the guide you asked for, to reply to you personally, and to deliver any service you order. That's it. We don't build advertising profiles and we don't sell or rent your information to anyone, ever.

Who touches your data

A few trusted services help us run this: FormSubmit delivers form entries to our email, Stripe handles payments, Cloudflare serves and protects the site, and Google Fonts supplies the typefaces. Each has its own privacy policy. We don't run third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

Your choices

Reply to any email from us to see what we have, correct it, or ask us to delete it — we'll do it promptly. You can unsubscribe at any time and we'll stop emailing you.

Children

These pages sell a service to the grown-ups who make books. The site isn't directed to children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Terms

What we offer

Book-production services as described on these pages, offered subject to availability (the Pipeline is genuinely capped at two projects a month). We may adjust prices or offerings going forward; the terms in effect when you order are the ones that apply to your order.

Who owns the book

You do — completely. Your manuscript, your ISBN, your Amazon account, your royalties, your rights. On final payment, every deliverable we produce for you is yours to keep, sell, and build on. We'd love to show finished, public work in our portfolio, but only with your okay — tell us no and we won't.

Refunds

Blueprint Call: full refund any time before the call. The Pipeline: your $500 deposit is refundable until you approve the character design; after illustration begins, the deposit covers the work already done. You approve the printed proof before the balance is ever due.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA.
