We art-direct every page against a locked character bible and regenerate anything off-model. What you're paying for is the direction, the consistency, and the thousand small decisions.
Blueprint Call: booked within days. Pipeline: 2–3 weeks from character approval to the proof copy arriving at your door (USPS is the slowest step — same as it was for us).
Call: full refund before we meet. Pipeline: your deposit is refundable until you approve the character design; after illustration begins, the deposit covers work done. You approve the proof before the balance is due — we don't finish until you're happy holding it.
Because we also make our own books (Whisp 3 is coming) and this stays good because it stays small. When the month is full, applications roll to the next one.
